Wood box for metal products packaging

    For metal products, it is very important to pack it safely and anti-rust. Our metals products stay months on the sea during shipment, but without any problems when arriving our clients.

    What we do is as below:

1. Ultrasonic clean the machining oil from metal surface;

2. Dip the cleaned products into anti-rust oil for minutes;

3. Put the oiled product into anti-rust bag, then hot seal;

4. Put product with small bags into a big wood box, with plastic sheets to seperate each product;

5. Put all the products into a big anti-rust bag, then seal it;

6. Seal the wood box, and strengthed with belt.
